As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to clients or company locations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring seamless technology operations. This role requires travel to different locations to assist customers or employees with their IT needs.
- PC Tech skills (follow a deployment script)
- PC hardware deployment to end user desks
- Data migration from old to new PC
- Software & Driver installations
- Active Directory domain join
- Wire management
- Ability to lift / distribute PCs to destination location withing building
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, field service, or a related role (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Windows OS, network troubleshooting, and hardware repair.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, IP addressing, and cabling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
